Set Up & Break Down
Setup Time: 8:00 AM – 9:15 AM (subject to change)
Event Opens: 9:30 AM
Breakdown: 4:15 PM
Vendors must check in by the main doors and be fully set up before opening.
Early breakdown is not permitted without approval.
Payment & Registration
Full payment is required to secure a booth.
Payments are non-refundable unless event is canceled by organizer.
Booth assignments are first come, first served.
We have the right to refuse service for any reason.
Vendor Rules
Booth areas must remain neat, safe, and professional.
All merchandise must be legal and in compliance with event/venue rules.
Counterfeit or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Vendors are responsible for their own supplies (tablecloths, signage, extension cords, etc.).
